Requirements:
- Occupancy: 6 People - 1000 lbs.
- Outlets: 1 GFCI within 50' of set-up area (we have GFCI Connectors if needed)
- Attendants: 1 per unit - someone Must be supervising occupants at all times
- Setup Surface: Indoor/Outdoor - Make sure to let us know what surface we will be setting up on at checkout (we do not set up on gravel/rock/sand)
Set-Up Prep/Info:
- Set-up location must be free of fresh grass clippings, animal waste and sharp objects including sticks, rocks or any other hazard that could damage our unit We are unable to set up directly under utility lines and must have at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides
- Must be easy access to for delivery vehicle as close to set-up location as possible - if there are ANY obstacles getting to set up area (gates, steps, hills, narrow walkways etc.) call office prior to booking - if unable to get to setup area upon delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery on site
- Due to scheduling and routing we may arrive at your location in the early morning even if you event is in the afternoon (no additional fee) - If you require special scheduling please call our office ahead of time
Rental Includes:
- Professional setup and teardown
- Pre-cleaned/sanitized and inspected units
- Stakes or sandbags (staking is preferred)
- Tarps (If deemed necesarry by delivery team)
- Extension Cords (up to 50 ft.)
- On-site safety training to lessee and other attendant
